Sitenyx should be usable by everyone — including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. This statement describes how far we are, and where we still fall short.

What this statement covers

This statement covers the public Sitenyx website at sitenyx.com — including pricing, signup, and checkout. Websites that our customers build and publish with Sitenyx have their own owners and are not covered by this statement, but our templates are built to help every customer meet the accessibility requirements that apply to them.

The standard we build to

We work to meet the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the technical standard EN 301 549, which builds on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. In Denmark, the requirements are implemented in the Danish act on accessibility requirements for products and services.

Conformance status: partially conformant

Sitenyx.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2, level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the website meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully do so. The known limitations are listed below, and we are actively working to fix them.

Known limitations

These are the issues we currently know about:

Colour contrast. Some secondary text and focus indicators do not yet meet the required contrast ratios everywhere, which can make them hard to see.
Keyboard focus after navigation. When you follow a link, keyboard focus can stay on the link you clicked instead of moving to the new page's heading, so you may need extra keystrokes to reach the content.
Error pages. Our last-resort error page is only available in English and does not follow the language you have chosen.
Animations. Some animated elements do not yet respect your operating system's “reduce motion” setting.
Language fallback. In some languages, parts of the content are shown in English until the translation is complete.

How we prepared this statement

The statement is based on a self-assessment carried out in July 2026, combining automated testing (axe) with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks of the most important flows — including signup and checkout. We review the statement when the website changes significantly, and at least once a year.
