For tattoo studios we enforce an age-18 gate, a digital hygiene & consent flow and an encrypted consent vault — in line with tattoo-studio hygiene and consent requirements.
Guest IDs are stored in a GDPR-compliant vault with AES encryption in an EU data centre and automatic deletion after the stay.
You flag the 14 EU allergens (Regulation 1169/2011) on each dish, and the menu shows them clearly to the guest — in the languages you have chosen. If you import the menu with AI, it proposes the allergens for you to review and approve before they are published. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information rests with the restaurant.
