What counts as a seat?

A seat is one accountant with login access. Bookkeepers in Solo do not consume a seat. In Team, every named accountant counts as one seat (up to 10). In Firm, seats are unlimited.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

On day 31 your card on file is charged automatically for the tier you signed up for, prorated to the calendar month. You will receive an email reminder seven days before the trial ends.

Yes, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual prepayments are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the prepaid period.

Does Sitenyx replace Caseware?

For Klasse A and Klasse B engagements: yes. For larger statutory audits, Sitenyx remains complementary — most firms keep Caseware for their largest clients and use Sitenyx across the rest of the portfolio.

What about GDPR and Hvidvaskloven?

A Data Processing Agreement and the AML workflow are built in. The accountant remains the data controller; Sitenyx is the data processor. Subprocessors are listed in the DPA.

How does collegial referral work?

When a colleague signs up for a paid subscription, you receive a one-time DKK 500 finder's fee. Available on Team and Firm tiers only — Solo does not include the referral programme.

Tell us about a colleague who would benefit from AccountantGate. When they sign up for a paid Solo, Team or Firm subscription, you receive a one-time DKK 500 finder's fee.

Open to existing Team and Firm subscribers. Solo accounts can refer too — the fee is paid out once the referred firm settles their first invoice.

How the finder's fee works

2Within 5 business days, our partnerships team reaches out — and discloses that you referred them.
3Your colleague signs up for a paid Solo, Team or Firm subscription with the 30-day free trial.
4Once they settle their first invoice, we transfer DKK 500 to the bank account on file for your firm. One-off, clean, no clawbacks.

The fine print

The finder's fee is DKK 500 (excluding VAT) per referee whose firm successfully completes their first paid billing cycle. Self-referrals, referrals to your own firm, or chained referrals do not qualify.
Sitenyx will disclose your referral to the referee on first contact. If the referee opts out of being contacted, the referral is closed and no fee is paid.
Subject to Danish tax: the finder's fee is treated as B-indkomst by the receiving firm and reported to SKAT on the annual oplysningsseddel. We can issue an invoice template on request.
