What are Business Tools?

Business Tools is a suite of nine financial management modules that integrate with e-conomic. They give you real-time insights into your cash flow, automate VAT calculations, help manage overdue invoices, and more.

How does the e-conomic integration work?

You connect your e-conomic account via a secure OAuth connection. Sitenyx automatically syncs your financial data every hour, giving you up-to-date insights without any manual data entry.

Can I use Business Tools without a website?

Yes! Business Tools plans are fully independent. You can use them on their own without subscribing to a website plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all Business Tools plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to get started.

What kind of questions can I ask?

Anything about your finances in natural language. For example: 'How is my cash flow looking?', 'Who are my slowest payers?', or 'What expenses increased the most last quarter?'

Does it support Danish?

Yes. All insights and recommendations are generated in Danish by default when your account is set to Danish locale. English is also fully supported.

How are insights generated?

The AI analyses your e-conomic data, cash flow forecasts, debtor patterns, and historical trends. Insights are categorised by revenue, expenses, timing, risk, and opportunity.

How is Freja different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn't know your numbers. Freja has direct access to your e-conomic data, your debtors, your budgets, and all your other financial information in Sitenyx. ChatGPT guesses from general knowledge — Freja answers from your actual business.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Sitenyx is hosted in the EU and your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your business data (liquidity, VAT, KPIs) is sent to Anthropic's API in the US for AI analysis, but ONLY as anonymised, aggregated figures — no customer names, supplier names, employee data, or account numbers. Data is never used to train AI models (per Anthropic's zero-retention policy). You can export or delete your data at any time, and request full deletion via AdminGate settings under GDPR Article 17. Sitenyx complies with the EU AI Act.

Can Freja give tax advice?

Freja suggests tax optimisations based on Danish rules — for example entertainment vs. advertising, small purchases under DKK 36,000, or corporate tax instalment deadlines (50/50 split in March/November with an optional §29B voluntary top-up). It does not replace your accountant. We always recommend confirming major decisions with a certified accountant.

How often will I get new insights?

Critical alerts (e.g. cash flow crisis) come as push notifications immediately. Important insights appear in your Business Feed the same day. Less critical ones are bundled into a weekly digest every Monday at 8:00 AM.

What does Freja cost?

Freja is included free in every paid Sitenyx subscription (from DKK 299/mo). There are no separate AI charges. You also get a free preview with 3 insights and 1 natural-language query on the Starter plan.

How long does report generation take?

Weekly digests: 2 seconds. Monthly health reports: 10 seconds. Bank packages and quarterly reports: 30 seconds. Everything happens server-side — you notice nothing.

Can I customise the report appearance?

Yes. You can add your logo, choose colour profile, customise sections (e.g. remove KPI charts if you don't use them). Your preferences are remembered for future reports.

What about data privacy? Who sees the reports?

Only you, unless you explicitly share. You can share a report as PDF download, via email, or as a secure link that expires after 30 days. Accountant access is handled separately via your Sitenyx account.

Can I get reports in English?

Yes. Freja generates reports in Danish or English — you choose per report or as default. Some Danish tax terms (e.g. aconto-skat, VAT deadlines) always come with Danish explanation.

How does Freja know what information is most important?

Freja uses a 'materiality threshold' — only changes over 10% or DKK 10,000 are shown as 'highlighted'. Smaller changes are bundled in an 'everything else' section. You can customise the threshold.

Can I schedule reports far into the future?

Yes. You can schedule monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for automatic delivery to yourself, your accountant, your board, or your bank. Freja sends them on the chosen date with no manual effort.
