What does AccountantGate cost?
AccountantGate is free for accounting firms. Your clients pay their Sitenyx subscription, and you get read-only access to their financial data plus advisory tools.
Is my clients' data secure?
Yes. Each client's data is encrypted with per-service access tokens. Cross-tenant isolation ensures no firm can see another firm's clients. All access requires an accepted DPA.
How many clients can I manage?
Unlimited. The portal scales to firms of any size with paginated views, batch operations, and AI-powered prioritization.
Does it integrate with e-conomic?
Yes. AccountantGate pulls financial data from e-conomic via CashGate, including ghost clients (e-conomic agreements not yet on Sitenyx).
Can I control which team members see which clients?
Yes. Client assignments let you map specific team members to specific clients. Role-based access (Partner, Revisor, Bogholder, Elev) controls what each person can do.
How does the independence check work?
When a client has a 'Revision' engagement type, the system automatically blocks advisory AI actions per Revisorloven §24. Overrides are logged to an immutable audit trail.
