Account Mapping — KPI Accuracy Starts With Clean Account Assignments
Every KPI you see on the dashboard depends on one question: which accounts in your chart of accounts count as revenue, which count as COGS, which count as inventory? Sitenyx auto-maps all 500+ e-conomic accounts to 20 standardized KPI positions using Danish name patterns and account-type rules — with confidence scores so you can spot the ones you should double-check.
20 KPI Positions
Revenue, COGS, StaffCosts, Depreciation, Amortization, OtherExternalCosts, OtherOperatingIncome, FinancialIncome/Expenses, TaxExpense, Fixed/Current Assets, Inventory, Trade/Other Receivables, Cash, ShareholderLoans, Equity, Long/Short-Term Liabilities, Interest-Bearing Debt, Trade Payables.
Danish Pattern Matching
30+ regex patterns match Danish account names: "omsætning" → Revenue, "vareforbrug" → COGS, "kassekredit" → InterestBearingDebt, "goodwill afskrivninger" → Amortization. Primary signal is accountType + debit/credit; name patterns fall back when structure is ambiguous.
Confidence Scoring
Every auto-detected mapping carries a confidence score (0-100). High-confidence mappings (≥80) go straight to the calculation engine. Low-confidence mappings are flagged for manual review — you know exactly what to verify.
Manual Override
One-click override for any mapping. Your corrections are remembered and never overwritten by auto-detection. Invite your accountant to verify mappings with read-only dashboard access.
