What does it cost my callers to call?
Your Sitenyx Voice number is a regular Danish +45 number. Your callers pay only what their mobile or landline plan normally charges to call a Danish number — Sitenyx adds no surcharge on top. The AI opens every call with a brief EU AI Act disclosure: "You are now speaking with an AI assistant. Standard rates for calls to Danish numbers apply."
What happens if I exceed the included minutes?
You are billed ~1.50 DKK/min for additional inbound minutes (DK rate) and ~2.20 DKK/min for outbound transfers. AdminGate /voice/settings shows the live month-to-date so you are never surprised on the invoice. Bogføringslov §16 transparent expense recording.
Can I export my calls as PDF or CSV?
Yes — Premium-tier subscribers can export each session as PDF (with full transcript, call metadata, and EU AI Act footer) or CSV (turn-by-turn, Excel-ready). Export buttons live on /admin/voice/transcripts. Pro tier uses in-app viewing only.
Which languages does the AI understand?
Danish, English, German, and Polish in Phase 1. You choose the language per voice line under /admin/voice/lines, and the AI stays in that language for the whole call.
